As with most businesses, there's more than meets the eye.  Here, I offer an honest, real glimpse into the behind-the-scenes world of Rooted & Wild Living and the life that inspires me to do and offer what I do - hence why I'm calling it "The Window"

It's a peak into the sometimes crazy life as a mom of 3 and business owner.  Parenting woes and successes, my yoga life, gardening, what brings me joy and what doesn’t, experiences and reflections, cooking or travel...who the hell knows honestly.  Expect some irreverence for sure alongside real and raw content.

As I say every Tuesday in my yoga class when I share a reading or offer a thought, “maybe it will resonate and maybe it won’t” but I thank you for being here and looking in The Window.
